1. Shipping

All Semblé pieces are shipped from Antwerp, Belgium. Shipping costs and delivery times are always displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

1.1 Shipping Costs

• Belgium: €7.85

• The Netherlands: €11.75

• Free shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands on all orders from €100

For destinations outside Belgium and the Netherlands, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

1.2 Delivery Time

Orders to Belgium and the Netherlands are delivered within 4 to 5 business days after your order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, peak periods or for reasons beyond our control.

1.3 Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If a piece from a limited drop is no longer available after your order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Returns

2.1 Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

2.2 How to Return

1. Email us at info@sembleantwerp.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and the piece(s) you wish to return.

2. We will reply with the return instructions.

3. Send your return back to us within 14 days of notifying us.

2.3 Return Conditions

Pieces must be returned unused and in their original condition, with their dust bag and original packaging. Pieces that have been used, damaged or altered cannot be accepted.

2.4 Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the piece is defective or incorrect.

2.5 Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs of your original order to your original payment method within 14 days.

2.6 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalized or made-to-order pieces

• Gift cards

• Pieces that have been used or are not in their original condition

3. Defective or Incorrect Pieces

Every Semblé piece is crafted in Italy and inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect piece, please contact us at info@sembleantwerp.com with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping. All consumer purchases are covered by the statutory 2-year conformity guarantee.
