These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the Semblé website and the purchase of products and gift cards from Semblé. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website or making a purchase.

2. Applicability
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Semblé website, whether purchasing as a consumer (B2C) or as a business (B2B). Where specific provisions apply only to consumers or only to businesses, this is indicated explicitly.
For B2C customers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply alongside these Terms, to the extent that those rules offer greater protection than what is set out here.
3. Pre-Registration and Private Access
Semblé operates on a drop model, releasing limited collections at scheduled intervals. Prior to each drop, customers may register for private access via our website.
By registering for private access, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Pre-registration does not constitute a purchase or a reservation of any product.
• Pre-registration does not guarantee access to, or availability of, any product.
• Semblé reserves the right to determine the allocation of private access at its sole discretion.
• You will be contacted by email with information about upcoming drops and early access opportunities.
4. Products
All products offered on the Semblé website are original Semblé designs, manufactured in Italy. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in colour or texture may occur due to the nature of materials and photographic reproduction.
Semblé reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. All products are subject to availability.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Prices
All prices displayed on the Semblé website are in euros (EUR) and include Belgian VAT where applicable. For orders delivered outside Belgium, local taxes or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

• Klarna
Payment is due in full at the time of placing your order. Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
5.3 Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed securely through our payment providers. Semblé does not store your full payment card details.
6. Orders
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. Semblé reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
6.1 Limited Edition Drops
Given the limited nature of Semblé's collections, products may sell out rapidly. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed and payment has been processed, you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Semblé ships to countries within Europe and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and circumstances beyond our control (e.g. customs clearance, public holidays). Semblé is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
For international orders (outside the EU), the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the specified delivery address.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
If you are a consumer (B2C) purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order ('cooling-off period').
8.1 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (by email to info@sembleantwerp.com) before the 14-day period expires. Please include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
8.2 Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
8.3 Return Costs
The cost of returning products is borne by the customer. Semblé does not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is the result of a defective or incorrect product.
8.4 Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Semblé will process a full refund of the product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs for the original delivery are not refunded unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
8.5 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Products that have been personalised or made to order.
• Gift cards.
• Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.
9. Returns (Business Customers)
For B2B customers, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns by business customers are subject to separate written agreement with Semblé and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact info@sembleantwerp.com to discuss return options.
10. Warranty and Conformity
10.1 Legal Guarantee (B2C)
Semblé provides a statutory 2-year conformity guarantee for consumer purchases, in accordance with Belgian law (Wetboek Economisch Recht) and EU Directive 2019/771. If a product does not conform to the purchase agreement at the time of delivery, you are entitled to remedy within a reasonable timeframe.
In the event of a non-conformity, Semblé's preferred remedy is replacement of the defective product with a new item of the same model. If replacement is not possible (e.g. due to stock unavailability), an alternative remedy (repair, price reduction, or refund) will be offered.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@sembleantwerp.com with your order number and a description and photograph of the defect.
10.2 Business Customers
For B2B customers, the statutory 2-year consumer guarantee does not apply. Any warranty for business purchases is subject to separate agreement between the parties.
11. Gift Cards
Semblé gift cards are available for purchase on our website and can be used as full or partial payment for products in our webshop.
• Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Gift cards are not subject to the right of withdrawal once redeemed.
• Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Semblé website — including but not limited to text, images, photography, logos, designs, and product descriptions — is the property of Semblé by Releaf Partners BV and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Semblé.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Semblé is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
Semblé's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Semblé website and your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our website, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.
For B2C customers within the EU: if a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
For B2B customers and all other disputes: any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
Semblé will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably in the first instance. Please contact us at info@sembleantwerp.com before initiating any legal proceedings.
16. Changes to These Terms
Semblé reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website or placing of an order after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
